This isn’t just some pot head arrested for having a good time (not saying it would be okay if he was, just making the distinction).  The man in question had Addison’s disease.  From the article:

Marijuana is known to help many of the symptoms of Addison’s disease, including vomiting, diarrhea, weight loss and headaches.

Great, so you killed a man for taking his medicine.  Thanks, police state!  I’m sure his Mother will continue to be a good, tax-paying citizen even though you murdered her son.
